A Waldorf Inspired Early Learning School
Division Danner Corporation
Meet our Team of Educators
We believe that the strength of our program is in the dedication of our teaching staff. Our teachers are trained Early Childhood Development professionals and work to help each child meet age appropriate benchmarks. We support our teachers with training, resources, and freedom to create a unique learning experience for children. We provide many opportunities for teachers to share ideas and grow professionally. Our teachers create a caring and nurturing atmosphere to foster each child's creativity and positive self-image. Our teachers have 10-20+ years of experience and have one or multiple degrees in the Early Learning Field. Many of our teachers have called Little Jack's their family from 5-20 years!

offered at many developmental levels. I also believe in providing an environment that allows children to grow through gardens, orchards, physical activities, exploration and creation. I believe in creating friendships amongst the children and families that last for years beyond LJC. I believe it's important to not only encourage learning but the love of learning, and most important to succeed.
In my spare time I love to read, sing, garden, play with interior design, event planning along with traveling. I've been married to Jack for 29 years, have four children, and 4 grandchildren. I feel deeply honored to be a part of each family that has become our LJC community.
Founder: Irene Danner
I opened Little Jack's Corner in 2000 with the plan to provide affordable childcare and a development center for the employees of Danner Corp. In 2015 LJC became a Waldorf inspired school. To love and practice patience with children is a truly spiritual journey.
I believe every child deserves a physical environment that is safe, clean, healthy and oriented to children. I believe classrooms should be arranged to offer challenging play and learning choices

Director: Kimberly Blow
I have nearly 30+ years' experience working with children, and their families. I have a degree in Early Childhood Education and take annual STARS (State Training and Registry System) credits. I've been a part of the Little Jack's family for 8+ years.
I've been married to my husband for nearly 25 years and am a mother of two daughters. I believe in the importance of family, and the value of building a solid foundation early on. A strong family, is a successful family.

I enjoy traveling, photography, music, being creative, but most of all spending time with my family.
I'm committed to providing a holistic approach for children and their families during the critical early learning years. Providing an atmosphere where children have a voice, and what they have to say is valued is also of great importance to me. Working in the Early Childhood field is a passion of mine, and I absolutely love it!

Program Manager: Julie Nguyen
I have been working with children for over 12+ years and have loved every minute of it. I studied Psychology and Communications at San Jose State University, and am currently enrolled at Green River Community College to earn my AA in Early Childhood Education.
I was born and raised in San Jose, California and have lived in Washington for nearly 3 years. I enjoy going out to eat new foods and desserts, spending time with my family and dog, and watching
movies.
Working at Little Jack's Corner has been one of my biggest blessings with all the love, care and support that the LJC community has provided. I look forward to continuing my journey in empowering and supporting children in their development here at Little Jack's Corner.
